During the current pandemic, Volkswagen Group is doing its part to keep the nation mobile, which is why its Paint and Body and TPS networks are still open for business.
Our trade parts arm, TPS, has most of its centres open, with appropriate health and safety measures in place, and ready to serve the needs of bodyshops and other trade customers who are looking after key workers during this challenging time. TPS knows that your business relies on its ability to provide parts and expertise at speed and at scale, so it’s working hard to keep Centres running while making some changes to its operation:
- Key customers such as ‘Blue Light’, AA patrols, Government agency and their key worker support vehicles will take priority if we are in a position where stock or supply becomes limited
- TPS trade counters will not be open for sales or collections. Please call to place any orders for delivery only.
- Customers who do not already hold a credit account will be asked to pay by card in advance, and no cash will be accepted
- The current TPS customer base is the priority and no new accounts will be set up until further notice
- TPS Centres will now be open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and remain with the usual opening hours for Saturdays, 8am-1pm.
At the time of writing, supplies from Volkswagen Group factories are focused solely on parts for vehicles off road (VOR).
All calls are being redirected to a single queue, so you may not speak to your usual operator, but parts will still be delivered to your local TPS centre.
