Volkswagen Group was triumphant for the second year in a row after coming away with the Manufacturer of the Year title at this year's Bodyshop Live awards ceremony.
The honour, bestowed at a glittering ceremony at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole on Friday 20 September, paid tribute to the hard work of the Paint and Body management team and its repairers to develop a repair programme of the highest standard.
Judges recognised the high level of investment in term of financial resource, time and energy the Paint and Body network and Volkswagen Group had committed to making the service we provide for our customers the very best it can be.
Picking up the award, Mike Partridge, Paint and Body Business Manager, said: "We are very proud to have won this twice in a row, which recognises the success of our work with the network to improve repair quality standards and ultimately customer satisfaction."
